It might not make it quicker, but it will certainly aid smooth running and idling.

Good job.

Disappointed Mr OCD (Rob) hasnt already done this, this was one of the first things I done when I bought mine, nice new airfilter and thorough clean up.

Mid week I had few hours to spare so put back the 6x hose clips to the throttle housings that I left off, running out of time from last time. At the same time I checked the Air line assembly located next to the injectors to see how it looked and tbh it looked pretty grubby, so disassemble started. Quick to remove and job took circa 1.5hrs.
A part well worth flushing out.

This is what me eye saw:




Air line assembly removed.














Connection pipes - fully removable with O-rings either end.








Cleaned & flushed whole air line assembly/ 6x connection pipes out with brake cleaner & alcohol.


Only some of what was drained out, inc some small stones!!



Played a tune from it to test, then re-installed...
