48hrs to go....
Until I compete in my 1st Triathlon...
Been training since march this year (I was a "slender" 21 stone back then  ) with several injuries that have hindered me along the way , including a poxy cold/cough only last week.Nothing too serious as its been classed as a beginners event. 400m swim 21km ride 5km run I'm sort of looking forward to it but seriously nervous as well... So in short if I haven't posted sunday afternoon I'm laying in hospital lol Steve

Good luck- hope you enjoy it. I'm a keen road cyclist, but a lousy swimmer & runner so have never tried triathlon.
