Hi, I loaded an mp4 video on to you tube, 18 mins long just over 1 gig and it said it was too long??

Can anyone offer any help?
it was footage on a go pro and saved and cut in windows, I saved the project in HD quality. It took forever to load up.....

Youtube clips are restricted to 15mins for normal users. Used to be 10mins I believe.

I normally use vimeo - much better upload quality and longer videos.

I will edit to just show the car in front going into a roll and taking the car in front of him out, quite good racing entertainment. Sky were there and copied it to put on motors tv

500mb limit on vimeo unless you pay them - 8min30 laps or under only
