Default spacers

I bought some 10mm spacers for my csl a couple of years ago from thorney motorsport along with mcguard locking wheel bolts and a oil service and geo setup. After seeing the disclaimer from eibach about 10mm not suitable for the e46 m3 and 12mm are suitable i rang them to ask why i was supplied with the incorrect spacers and could they replace them with the correct 12mm ones you guessed it no chance. They knew what car they were going on as its on the invoice, not happy with them after ringing them about 4 times and being told someone will get in contact with you and still no reply.I know its a small issue but they now lost any of my business in the future.

It seems 10mm are okay, but where do I get them from, any part numbers and do they come with longer bolts.
