Default Rear End Judder

When ever i spin the back wheels, on a straight road or slightly out of a turn the back end seems to judder, like im wheel spinning over mini speed bumps

Is this normal?

A sign my RTABs need changing and a trip to Simpsons is in order, or something more worrying

All traction control is off

IT could just be the back of the car tramping as it trys to lay down the power. But it will not go wrong geting it checked out.
