Warranty prices

If anyone has a list of Bmw warranty prices for M cars over 60k,with the 3 levels of cover and excess can they post them up please,you cant seem to get them online without a pin number.

I am sure its scary after 60k and it wont cover items like shocks as they are only coverd up to 60,000 miles

Got my renewal through today and BMW have adjusted the pricing structure on CSL's/M3.
There are now 3 levels of cover ,Comprehensive,Named Component or Driveline.You can also choose whether to have an excess or not,£0,£100,£250.You can also pay monthly or annually.
BMW Warranty

Full Comp / 250 Excess / Breakdown = £690
Full Comp / 100 Excess / Breakdown = £835
Full Comp / 0 Excess / Breakdown = £951

Full Comp / 250 Excess / No Breakdown = £612
Full Comp / 100 Excess / No Breakdown = £757
Full Comp / 0 Excess / No Breakdown = £873

My last oil service was done at thorney motorsport does anybody know if you now require full bmw service history to take out the warranty,my next service will be bmw.

Yes, you need to have full BMW history.

No i had bmw ask for my service history and 3 were thorney motorsport
it is ok aslong as you use BMW PARTS AND OIL
the repair with the engine was 25k under warranty

That's interesting... so I went and checked.

It's certainly a condition that you only have it serviced by BMW when the Insured warranty is active.

But on the Insured warranty website for starting a new warranty it only asks:

"I can confirm that my vehicle has been fully serviced in accordance with the manufacturing recommendations/intervals and has not been modified in any way."

So it seems that existing stamps from an Indy would be OK as long as the work was done to spec. For peace of mind, I'd want to confirm it with them on the phone before buying.

How old are those prices Brett? I paid £1029.00 last year for Comp Cover Inc. Breakdown with a £100 Excess!? It seems that the same is listed as £835 there?
