Winter car storage and battery

Thinking of storing car for winter in faciltiy without electricity. If the battery goes flat what is the worst that i will encounter on restart?

not if you get it stolen and alarm is disabled

I am not sure what is the difference if the battery drains out in 3 weeks.
You won't have alarm...

but you will have not willfully not alarmed the car, just battery drained down!

either way i wouldnt risk £30k (or £20k in my case) by storing it uninsured , you might as well cancel the insurance if you do that and save yourself £350.

How would the insurers ascertain that it had a flat battery?

Could get something like this and hook it up every few weeks to keep the battery in the car topped up? (connect it to one in car and it'll transfer over it's juice)

well when the car goes missing and the immobiliser didnt work and the alarm didnt go off and the insurance probably says to be kept at home of insurer and garaged after 10pm you may have some explaining to do!

dont under estimate how difficult insurers can make it to claim!
