Run the standard 265 / 235 set up on pressures, should be on the inside of the door panel..

Should not upset the traction though?? Seems strange

What you running on the fronts, have you gone up to 245 to balance it?

not on 245 at the front as these were fitted new when I got the car in dec...

thinking they just want scrubbing in....not really gone far so reckon its just a wear in period. going to place it in track mode and give it some grief on the way home to scrub em slightly....

that didnt work...can be quite scary as its not keeping the car in a straight line! Think the balancing might be out as tyre pressure light came on when driving home...going to take it in this week for re-balancing....

Don't worry about the tyre pressure light, we had it on whilst driving through Europe almost constantly at high speeds, and all was OK , got back checked it all out and think it just comes on if your pushing it!

Don't sound right though, balancing wouldn't cause the loss of traction ... could be the bigger size rears and normal fronts ??

you think so?

I wouldnt have thought it would have made a difference. Its as if the car feels unstable....the previous owner had 265/30 19 on, which arent correct as it should have been 265/35 should it not?

Actually thinking about it, it might be the rear trailing arm bushes, as you've just changed the set up ... reckon 99% thats it, just had mine done under warranty and much more sorted... does it wobble when changing gear when your on it ??
