-2.5 on my old Turner top mounts with OEM suspension. Worked well.

I now have -2.0 on my KW Clubsports as the car sits lower and this should work ok

-3.0 may be a tad aggressive and wear the inner edges of the tyres? Depends on your driving style of course...

used to have -2/-3 adjusted on top mounts which was great biut gave a little inner wear

so changed to -1.5/-2.5 which is better for road but sometimes .like at Donny, not quite enough to keep me happy

Don't do that many miles on road to worry about tyre wear and I'm only on falkens which are a bargain so if they get chewed up up I'll buy some more

my car tends to keep its cups on all year except winter months so too much camber can cost £1k

That's why I run 18s for track on a048s and my 19s with falkens. Works out cheaper IMO. The falkens cost me £440

-2 road and -3 track apart from Ring where -2.5 works well. I reckon I've saved several sets of Cups since I started using -3 on most tracks and get almost perfect even wear.
