Default BMW Subsidy

Interesting:

Representatives of the Bavarian automaker BMW announced their intention to pay its Chinese dealers $820 million (5.1 billion yuan)

The reason for such a decision is called 'aspiration' automakers partially BMW compensate for their losses due to a decrease in demand for cars of in China. Payment of subsidies that will be the largest in the history of Chinese dealers, will be implemented by the end of next month.

Currently BMW are in talks with dealers on the revision of targets in sales for the current year. This information was confirmed by an official representative of the Chinese auto dealers association 'Song Tao'. At the moment, there is a process of formation of the sales plans for dealerships. Earlier, Chinese dealers have repeatedly reported growing losses due to the fall in demand for cars, which in turn is associated with the introduction of restrictions on car ownership in major cities.

As of November 2014 the number of unsold cars at dealerships China exceeded the historical maximum.

BMW Group Russia announces price increase on their lineup for 2015. From today, (27th January) the increase in the cost of cars BMW is from 2% to 6.5%. eg BMW 4 Series coupe price is now 2,263,000 rubles.

103 Roubles to the Pound today, I picked up some nice electronics in Russia when the Rouble first crashed. Seems like its slowly heading south again.

Yeah there are a lot of reports that says BWM will have a problem in China by 2015.. Not a good sign.

The people who set up this contract will be sitting prettyno doubt with the fat bonus they received for arranging this c*ck up
