Maunal CSL?
Hi folks,
I'm a newbie. I'm wondering whether BMW made CSL's in a six speed manual gearbox. Were any delivered to Australia. The same question for CS (Comp Pack) any in six speed manual. I'm thinking of updating my M Cheers |

All CSL are sequential manual gearboxes. Anything else is just a fake

CSLs & CSs have the same six speed manual gearboxes, it's just all CSLs and some CSs have sequential/automated clutches (SMG) so to answer your question... No, there are no CSLs with a manually operated clutch and a six speed manual shifter but you might find a few CSs with that arrangement BTW, what 'M' are you thinking of updating ?

Thanks for the responses.
I own an Avus Blue E36 M3 3 litre and would like an E46 M3 CS in manual - none have been sighted down under. |

I know he's in Aus but he looking for a CS and as he says he's never seen one 'down-under', he may consider importing if he finds the car of his dreams. But first he has to find one.

There is a very specific list of cars that can be imported, and they can't have been sold in Aus (unless under low volume imports, like 90's Lambo's, or pre '88 ). Drives most of us nuts |
