The price of the 'Kyosho' 1:18 model is rising faster than the 1:1, they have more than double in price since they first appeared in the Dealer showrooms in 03. A sound investment.

Did you notice that black ones are cheaper - obviously because even in the model world, they are recognised as being the slowest version !

Crikey iirc I paid £80 for a dealer edition about 2 years ago. Wish the full size one had tripled in value

Talking of toys, I've just resurrected my vintage Tamiya Blackfoot, replaced some gearbox components, added some dampers and a new battery it's going great.

Now looking at an Avante...some tasty carbon, titanium and brushed aluminium components on that.

Now if Tamiya made a CSL....although they do have this.
