My warranty ran out last Sept and did not renew.
When it had its MOT that year there was oil leaking on the diff. Was going to cost around £500 to repair - got it all fixed with bmw goodwill as the car is low mileage. Just recently thought there was a problem that would have cost around £1000 (to do with the tyre light coming on) but again, BMW said they would fix on goodwill (and that was after a year) as the car still has low mileage and always goes to a BMW dealer!! In the end turned out it didnt need the work doing as was something else that was easily fixed! For me, I have had excellent service from BMW and cannot fault their customer service to me. |

Maybe I do get sympathy being a lady owner by turning on the waterworks when they tell me how much its going to cost ..........
They have certainly helped me out though and the M technician is a great help and knows his stuff! |

I've got AUC warranty and it has worked fine. Only thing is BMW (John Clarks Aberdeen) are paranoid about making sure they diagnos the fault first before ordering new parts!!
I've been telling them for some time both my wishbones need replacing and after 4 visits they've eventually got the second one on order. |
