Default CSL Cup tech reg changes

Well peer pressure does work

Due to the demand from existing teams with cars all built but all running after market ECU's we've changed the tech regs to allow them into the CSL Cup.

Its a bit late in the day but we're keen to listen to drivers requirements and seems daft to knock out a lot of perfectly decent race cars due to one rule so its been amedned with immediate effect, so Motec, de-vanos etc can now all be run.

We will perform BoP testing at Snett and Oulton Park to ensure that the cars are level and use weight penalties if we see cars that are over their peers, good ole Pi are helping in this regard too.

Interestingly despite opening up the CSL Cup to E36 class we have only a few enquiries, almost the entire grid at the moment is E46 only, although looks like 4/5 E36's out at Oulton Park.

Looking at 12-15 E46 M3's on grid with a bit of luck and a few E36's as well if they suddenly arrive.

Pectel SQ6M - Very good ECU, and linked to Cosworth D2 Dash Loggers too which are great bits of kit and suprsingly cheap for what they offer, especially now they come with ToolBox software.
