Where does it say in the warranty that they can fit OTHER parts?

I they sell a warranty surely they have to provide parts. The roof is prob not covered under any warranty so they can let it go, but otherwise they seem to have slow production but keep making bits to cover warranty.

I've tried to obtain a new set of bonnet kidney grilles recently from my local stealers but they could not get them in the original spec but in a 'brushed aluminium' look instead...
