Default DN9 - roof spoiler

Aside from APs, aftermarket exhausts and suspension tweaks, I'm generally not in favour of tarting up CSLs. They look more than sweet enough already. However...

...recently I was at the DN9 event, and there were at least 4 UK CSLs there (good work fellas). One CSL had a carbon fibre rear roof spoiler that I couldn't resist admiring. Looked lovely. Is it one of you on here, and if so, please can you tell me where you got it from? I don't think I can resist adding one to the Cesil.

Ha, ha, love it or hate it, Mike is stuck with it - it's there to stay bonded to the rear screen.
Strange how people pick up on these sort of things and yet miss the full width spoiler which has replaced the flippers.
Both I think I'm wright in saying are 'Vorsteiner' parts. However last time I looked, they appeared to have dropped their E46 range.
If you must have one try CA Automotive: http://www.ca-int.co.uk/products-Y2F...0X2lkPTQy.html

Probably find that all it does apart from looking shite is disrupt flow to the boot lid.

Ladies, there's no accounting for taste, and having seen a lot of the exceedingly dubious add-ons, frippery and general Essex-style accoutrements on a lot of your cars (including the highly offensive faux-carbon dash add-ons and aftermarket wheels), I am more than happy to take some abuse for my love of the carbon spoiler. I don't need to worry about the airflow. I won't be going fast enough.

The all-in front spoiler didn't escape my attention either. I was 50/50 on it. Mike, I think your car looks good.

And to the rest of you, my GTR has lots of carbon add-ons too

Ha, ha, some like to go fast, others like to look as though they can go even faster. The 'pose factor' has to be worth 20mph when standing still.
Mikes rear spoiler he's stuck with, but the front lip is currently "under evaluation" whilst his flippers get a refurb?

I quite like the front spoiler on Mikes car and would consider one, especially after grounding a flipper on the track day meaning another one damaged.
Least with that fitted the originals would remain intact.
