How much is such a CSL with 7800 miles worth?

We do not live in Turkey so we cannot say how much it is worth... Indeed it is only worth what a buyer will pay......

If I were you I would buy it, but haggle with his price

A car of that mileage would be around £42-45k in the UK.

What would a UK delivered 1300 mile car be worth?

That would be more of a collectors car (so a limited market), so at a guess £50k+.

As Jim says if difficult to determine a realistic price, as the price is relative to availability and currency values. There were I think only 8 CSL in Turkey, in the UK there were 422.

A realistic value under these circumstances can only be determined by whatever someone is prepared to pay.

If that car was for sale here in the UK I could see an asking price anywhere between £45 and £50K at this point.

Prices here, have been rising steadily for the past 8 months and I have no reason to doubt that this trend will not continue for the foreseeable future.
10 years old, well on the way to achieving classic/cult status within the BMW community, the same as the E30 Evo and the Batmobile.

Bottom line: If you can afford it Buy it
