I wont do harnesses without a roll cage

I'm fitting gt3. Seats to mine so as can use the schroth clip in harness set,
There are conflicting view about this, I,e should only be used with a cage.
As said before you may get trouble from marshals at tf as "eared" seats are no linger permitted.
