use the recommended oil (TWS in city). I even have some mixed in my R35 GTR.

My local BMW dealer use Shell Helix Ultra Racing 10W60 rather than Castrol. Same grade, so should be equivalent, and as we all know, the BMW/Castrol thing was always a total stitchup anyway...
