Daz, that's a great idea and we can make this into an epic trip. About 40 miles from Papenburg is a Dutch town called Groningen and it is a University town (it has 2 IIRC). Ive never seen so many women on a night out and still partying at 3/4am. I have a work colleague that can vouch for this as he has been there with me.

So a plan could be. Drive to Groningen, party, day recover, Papenburg, then head to the Ring as it's 3/4 way there and would be rude not to

I know it's Easter but I'm also away in Majorca the weekend after, well wed 30th-4th so can't justify that one at the moment !!

That's a no brainer then as my bday on the 8th Oct and normally try and do a ring trip for it at least, can get Clare to buy the day as a pressie too

Will book it up and let's hook up for a beer soon anyway, see bilsters updates on his road trip, looks pretty good !

oct date is good as my birthday is a few days after......but not going all that way unless I find a trAckday as well.
