From what I have deduced with the APs, regular use seems to keep the seals working and lubricated and regular fluid change keeps the nipples working and prevents them from rusting up. Garaging also probably helps and not being at the salty seaside also.

I think it's more to do with lack of use, it is garaged but I'm not sure that helps, if it goes out and gets wet, then put back inside then I think this is where they start to lock up and the pad retainers get corroded behind the strip, Ive been told this just happens and there's not much that can be done unless they are used, weekly at least, it may all be bollocks but that's what Ive been told by the mechanics |
