You may have a problem - the CP5575 calliper was created so that 18 inch M3 rims fit over them. IF you have CP5555 they may be too large diameter so your 18s wont fit!!!! - no spacing will fix it (maybe)

Well I have a set of 10mm spacers all round at the mo running OEM wheels back and front, so was thinkin i would need to spacer the rears a bit as im dropping from 9 und half J down to 9J

So Im guessing you mean ET30 all round? Otherwise an ET15 at rear is perfect or a 12/15 mm spacer at rear only, to get the rear out wider than the front and for cosmetics of course. Fill those arches!!
