Can you get BMW warranty on a car if previously lapsed?

Sadly not mate, looking to get the car the way i want this year and the money spent doing the ring trip is 3/4 of my brake upgrade. Plus looking at the gruppe m rear silencer so yet another whack of my hard laboured dollar. Plan is to keep the car a while so next year i will be losing my track cherry!
