I will be getting four fitted tomorrow (235/35 & 265/30) as my rears were a bit dangerous today in the wet and I have found a pothole induced dent in one of my front alloys and a nasty looking split going up the sidewall!
I did it picking up my perfect set of CSL alloys with cups on so....... Running Falkens at the moment and although they feel good in the dry, both the front and the backs don't feel grippy in the wet. We'll see if the Goodyears are better, I'm feeling confident they will. |

mine seem to be getting better having done 600 miles since fitting.
they definitely feel different to the Conti Sports - initially I felt less confident with them but am now getting used to them. The correct pressures seem to be 34F/36R. Will up them slightly when I drive 1600 miles in 4 days next weekend |

They do look quite PS2-ish, don't they?

Steve at Simply tyres is meeting me at Silverstone to do it in a couple of hours, £734 fitted and old tyres taken away etc. What do people pay to have a low profile tyre they have supplied themselves fitted to a CSL rim? I have been charged £25 a corner by Quik-Fit (it was an emergency) but they reduced it to £20 as I had all 4 done with new tyres I supplied (ie £80 all up and they said they normally charge a £5 a tyre to dispose of it but would waive that!)

Generally £15 in Leeds to have a tire fitted to an alloy rim
