Considering F430
For a long time I've had the itch to buy a new motor. I've learned from previous car that to get the most enjoyment out of a car is that it must be useable.
I was set on a GT3 but after a few test runs I felt it was too much work to have fun on the roads. So I turned my attention to the GT2s. After a test drive I was in love. The torque was unreal but the noise was disappointing. Been looking for months now and can't find the right car. I'm now looking in to alternatives and the 430 has got me thinking. Gallardo is sweet but bland Audi interior and 4wd puts me off. Any of you lads experience in the fezza world. Opinions if it would meet my checklist: Fun Adrenaline Usability "Reasonable" residuals. Won't be tracked cos I'm a jay boy. Last edited by bryce; 08-11-2012 at 01:33 PM. |

I'd love a 430 scud or a 360 challenge Stradale... Prices are only going up.

Wouldn't that be pointless?
Scuds aren't manual unfortunately but more to the point - I don't want to spend that much. |

I can recommend the Stradale - the noise alone is epic. Strad is more aligned to the CSL, the 430 is a bit soft IMO. But if the GT3 is too hardcore then the 430 maybe better suited ?

I agree....360 Strad sounds just awesome and is proper hard core.

Would only go Strad if funds allowed.
Drove a boggo 430 (and 360) on track at Silly and was underwhelmed. In isolation, a great feel good car, but expected much more. Maybe it was a bad example but I don't see the x3 value over a CSL (and I'm a lifelong F car fan). |
