Default AP brake upgrade parts list?

I've browsed the forum but didn't succeed finding what I was looking for: what parts (parts numbers?) from AP is necessary to buy to do the CSL brake upgrade many of you run with? Thinking maybe to do this during the CSL's winter hibernation.

Apart from the colour...
Black is one coat of paint, that's why it doesn't last long
Red is two coats

And that not a wind up

Do you know the part number for the front hose kit for AP 5575 kit?

I spoke to a guy at AP and he seems to have given me the part no. for a MK3 golf kit (unless they're somehow the same?)
