How old is the battery? 4 weeks is quite some time to expect it to still have some juice left in it. Doesn't necessarily mean its dead. Have you a battery charger?

Unhappy

Battery is 7 years old no receipts in the car stuff to show ever been replaced, last wner always had a trickle charger on it, so did I until a while ago and did not want to leave it on while I was away as car is outside.
Just got new battery from Sytner (Wycombe) £109 inc VAT just got to fit it now but strange looking terminals Disconnect + or - first ?

If your clever connect jump leads to the terminals under the bonnet to keep all the radio stations, codes etc etc just keep the leads taken off the battery away from the chassis ! ! !

After two days on the CTEK charger car started this afternoon, moved it all of 10 feet left running then parked up again, will see if Elms can check the battery next month on their open morning.
