Default AP Racing brakes

I'm after some AP Racing brakes if anyone's got a set to shift.

I definitely want a set of front brakes and I may be convinced by a full set at the right price.

Thanks for looking.

Try uprated pads, PF discs, hoses and fluid.

See how you get on, My E92 with uprated pads alone, stopped on its nose time after time.

The CSL does have smaller discs, but less weight to pull up.

Except when you are sitting in the front seat

I tried that on my old M3 and it made a big improvement, but wasn't up to a day of track abuse. While the CSL is lighter, I'm tempted to go for the BBK from the outset. What did you fit to your CSL in the end?

I had AP's at first, just fronts, which were ample. I then fitted Alcons front and rear, but IMO, the servo and master cylinder set-up is not best suited to the Alcon kit.

My recommendation is the AP's.

The alcons were perfect for street, they were great on track, but for hardcore driving the aP set up felt great for me. The alcons had too much pedal travel for me for full on race stuff.

They look great though.

Standard stuff with uprated pads is ample for street.
