M3 4 pot full BBK set up
Hi all, for any E46 M3 drivers you know, if you can pass the word around, they would fit a CSL but you would need to buy the front bracket ( I can point you in the right direction) I will not split though therefore this is really for an M3 owner to take all
For Sale £1,500.00 no offers I have finally found the time to put my old BBK up for sale. I used this on my old m3 and took it off prior to selling the car. It is Rotora branded. They were originally silver with Brembo decals but I had them refinished in yellow with new carbon fibre finish decals. They have new seals, bleed nipples / piping etc. I am also supplying brand new stainless steel hoses x 4. Plus new pads all round. I didn't like the original pads and found better pads. I have supplied mintex but you can upgrade to pagid / hawk/ EBC etc and I will let you know the pad shape, the pads I use need 1mm taking off the sides, this is common practice and a 2 min job. The ones supplied are ready to go straight in (Questmead can do this for you if you are not familiar with this). Questmead are my preferred supplier. I also used performance friction brake discs front and rear, they are OEM size discs, if you don't want to use them you can stick with your OEM disks ( I will not be splitting in the sale) I had the discs blasted as they had surface rust from being stood in my garage. I had the front bells re anodised and the rears cleaned off.Ive nearly finished putting the hubs on the discs, they will be finished. I think I have listed everything These are NOT 100% mint, they have been used before! although I hope enough of you know me to know I have a bit of OCD (not as much as Rob ) I live in Leeds and am more than happy for a potential buyer to view, in fact I would prefer it. Thanks Matt
Ive spent a good few ££££ sorting it out I would rather have done it this way, than sell for less and the new owner having the pain getting it sorted. Bar putting the discs on the bells its ready to go. the callipers can bolt straight on to M3 OEM discs set up if the new owner just wants to put the callipers on just to note, the discs are OEM size the callipers definitely aren't OEM size !! and they fill the space behind 19s unlike the CSL cup Alcon kit these were made to work with the OEM master cylinder Last edited by s.mac; 07-03-2011 at 09:24 PM. |
