Had the car for 5 weeks and took it for an inspection11 yesterday. As I purchased the car private I was just alittle worried about this service...the chap I purchased it from was a gent, but there was always a bit of unknown in there....so car has come back with a clean bill of health. Not only that but 5 people at the dealership came up and commented on what great condition the car was in.

So 5 weeks ago I purchased the cheapest CSL that was up for sale and now I feel rather smug about it....I LOVE MY CSL.

Oh and the service that Cotswold Gloucester gave was brilliant.

Do tell us what an inspection 2 costs ??

When I first looked Cotswold did a deal for M cars over 3 years old for £650. The day I booked the car in it had gone up to £800 the day before because of the price of parts...I was gutted...so I asked and got it for £750 which is still pretty good as my local dealer wanted £1000.....even more to smile about.

Thats ok for the inspection 2 did they have to do any shims ??

Yes, a couple. Must say the car felt tighter driving home.

inspection 2 is plugs air filter and diff and gearbox oil isnt it ?

Yes believe it is.

Yes all oils are included in Inspection 2.

AndyK- You should have let me know you was popping over gloucester way, could have come and said hello! We need to organise that meet with AlexGTT...

Hi M3ACS,

Will remember next time i'm in the area.

We do need to organise and Sat or Sun run with maybe lunch at a fine pub. Would be good if we could get 5 or more CSL's together...So there's three of us plus the other chap I know in Chepstow.

Is it still Abergavenn/Brecon way.....great roads anyone else interested.
