Default Fitted the Cups

Fitted my Cups last night in preparation for this weekends Croft antics

New ones on the rear and a scrubbed set with 4mm on the front.

Now i dont know if it's all in the mind but went out for a short run just to heat cycle them and id swear the car seems so much more direct and informative through the steering????

Also had the tyre warning light ping this morning on the way to work, guess i need to reset this...?

Cheers,

No, it's not in your head mate. The car is very different on Cups, I couldn't believe it the 1st time I drove mine on Cups, the difference is amazing.

Yeah, you have to reset the Tyre warning system and might be a good idea to do the SMG reset, you know the paddles back at 20mph in neutral for 10 seconds or something... might be an idea.

I thought it was 40mph too, but when I checked the book, I think it says 20mph. I could be wrong, but it's in the Manual anyway,

what does reseting the SMG do then? Oh btw I had the tyre warning light come on repeatedly is this normal on newly fitted tyres? It's stopped now was it due to tyre slip on the rim???

Same as me Paul, went and got my Cups fitted yesterday and the car handles like a go-kart now!

I did the SMG reset and also had the tyre pressure warning ping yesterday, I think it's key in position 2 and hold to register isn't it? I did that anyway and it's been ok since!

Is it me or do Cups give a lot of road noise over something like a PS/2?
