The DOT is not just temps but also viscosity, 5.1 being thinner. No advantage to that as brakes are fine with DOT 4. Waiting to be corrected.

i use dot 4 in my csl ,and after 3 years of standing in the garage, have encountered no problems at all .would highly recommend it
