245/40 on fronts?

Has anyone run 245 on 8.5J fronts?

Was considering 245/40 on my 18" track wheels, with a recent puncture lead me to change both with a set that came up from a GT3 RS.

Any issues with width size on a 8.5J.

I've got these on 19's at the front. And I'm sure Mark has too.

Falken 452's, they're not 3 bad at all. Mark had them on the 'Ring just at the weekend.
