Did you actually see the car Matt?
Well here it is. Yes it needed some extreme detailing, due to the quality of its storage, to get it looking commensurate with its mileage, but it is now one of the best CSL's on the planet I think you will agree.....

As you can see it exceptionally low mileage. It's part of my collection and although I will use it somewhat I don't expect I will rack up the miles on it.....

More to the point would be have you or the previous owner serviced the car in accordance with BMW's servicing requirements irrespective of the mileage?
I would suspect not, Bi-annual servicing is a minimum requirement and that follows the service schedule.
