Default For real?

Happy New Year all.

A light-hearted start to 2015 . . .

Favourite quote from the thread . . .

". . . I admit, it did feel something quite special to drive...but still, £36,00 for a 11 year old car with absolutely NO luxury???!!!!!!! My VW Golf, which is 5 years newer is much more luxurious and comfortable to that ridiculous car."

My dad would probably say many of the same things, a lot of people don't have a grasp of value vs cost when it comes to spending £30k on an appreciating classic or £30k on a new car.

Spending isn't always spending!

The really remarkable thing about that thread is that there are so many people who are prepared to engage with each other on a 'money-saving' website concerning one person's uneducated comments about a particular car. Bunch of hopeless paupers.

At least some of the posters get it.

One of my best friends is clueless. He cannot understand why the CSL is keeping its value. As you can imagine we have some great car conversations regarding electric adjustable seats, soft ride, idrive, etc. and what he needs on his next car.
