Default Service shedules on 2007 m6

Hi gents, Im looking at an e63 m6 at a dealer here in Ireland. He has two of them, same colour schemes etc. They are both 2007. One has 34000 miles and has full history etc and is cheaper. He also has one with 11k miles that was bought by a couple in 07, they emigrated in 08 and it was kept in a heated garage since (prob 3rd or 4th car). It was mot'd when needed all along but it only had its running in service at 1200 and then the next service in 2012 (I think he said) at 10k. It wasn't being used so my question is, A: would this put you off, and B: can I still warranty this with BMW if there was such a long interval between the services? Its a one owner car and is pristine he said. New tyres and a years tax (€1800 here in Ireland) so that brings the prices closer together again so got me thinking should I go for the fresher one? 34k mile car has had 3 owners.
Cheers lads

It's missed an Inspection I and an oil services, I don't think you'll be able to get an extended warranty from Mondial with that track record?
I tried to get the warranty on a CSL that had missed an Inspection II and they said NO!
Hadn't done the miles since it had an Oil service so the Guy assumed no miles therefore no service required.

If you're scratching an itch then go for the higher miles M6 as it will be no hassle moving it on in a summer or 2

If it's a keeper then again go for the Full BMW service history M6.....

As Neil has already mentioned the lack of a warranty could be costly should the motor go pop

Do Mondial ask for details of the service history before they agree the warranty?

Didn't see anything about that on the website ?

I drove the 34k mile car this evening, I need a v10 in my life! I was surprised by the performance, have driven a v10 m5 and I didn't remember it being that strong! He's pricing up a two year warranty for me, not a main BMW dealer but he can put the BMW warranty on as it has full service history incl running in service on time. What an awesome car! I think I know my answer for tomorrow. Thanks for the info lads. I was sceptical about such a gap in services on the low mileage one anyway regardless of warranty or not as it would turn a lot of fellas off come sale time.
