Nice
What would they actually do with a CSL version though, other than wang up the boost and bin the rear seats? Is there much else left they can do with these? One of the criticisms of the E92 GTS was that it was a bit "after-market" compared to our CSLs, and I wonder if that was because they ran out of things to improve over the standard M3 once they'd removed the basic heavy stuff |

being turbo'ed, its USP is quickly disappearing for someone like me (not to say its not attractive, it nice looking).
How frigging hard was it for ///M division to do a NA engine like what they did for the 991 GT3. Can you imagine a turbo'ed GT3. Plus, my GTR would rape it turbo for turbo.

They could do this:
1. Put in a proper ///M engine for the CSL 2. 4 wheel steer like the GT3 (most cars share tech nowadays with tweaks so why not) 3. do some 458 speciale magic on it like proper aero, traction/e-diff magic 4. DTM inspired body parts. Why not considering the C63 Black Edition has em. This would then be a very mouth drooling vehicle.

Plus, our E46 M3 CSL was a proper engineering exercise.

I'd like to see: Slightly wider arches and wheel track - i think currently the M3 has better 'stance' than the M4. CSL-style wheels with Cup2's unique zorst +30-40hp (power-to-weight-ratio of 300hp/tonne) unique suspension unique gearbox software Fixed lightweight buckets + harness maybe a few styling tweaks to front and rear bumpers + bootlid spoiler limited to no more than 2000 cars 2 or 3 unique body colours £75-£80k ^^^ all the above can't be that hard |

^^^ That'll be an Alpina B4 GT3 you'll want then if they make another
I like the idea above of them making some form of bespoke NA revvy nutter of an engine for a CSL, but can't imagine that's going to happen |
