Intrax coilover knocking

The rear is knocking like a b*tch, they were serviced 2k miles ago.

When warmed up it gets better.

Is this f*cked and unsafe to drive or does it have to be sent to intrax asap.

Well p*ssed off!

There is nothing wrong with your intrax mate, you just have to buy a real suspension, aka Ohlins.
This will solve issues permanently.

Depends if it is knocking because a bolt is loose or because the damper is fucked LOL? If it's internal, then sounds like a seal has gone. However, it could be the rose jointed mounts? If not fitted with a rubber "sock", dirt gets into the ball and fucks it and then they rattle.

Sounds like damper is fucked, checked all bolts but will take off later tonight.

Cars been to Elms and had everything else checked.

Send it off, from memory €90 each for a full rebuild plus parts and postage, 1 week turn around normally, Claudette is your contact over there

Just been speaking to Claudette, looks like ill be doing Snetterton on Wednesday in my works van.

Shame as she serviced them less than a year ago.
