I would suspect not, Bi-annual servicing is a minimum requirement and that follows the service schedule.
You are joking right!

That's a bit harsh? A low mileage csl..... You can't just go find another with that mileage... why always the negative comments?

Sometimes this forum seems to be very against low mileage csl's. It is now in his collection - if it needs work, so be it and seems Stradman could afford it. If not... well, enjoy it!!! It isn't going to be used "hard" so where is the problem?

It looks fantastic Stradman! Enjoy the mileage you do and also enjoy the fact you have such a fantastic example in your collection

Sometimes it feels people seem to forget that these cars are getting rarer and rarer.

Mine has 36000 - doesn't mean I haven't looked after it!

I am not usually so vocal (and have had a beer ) but come on..... give the guy a break and let him enjoy his awesome car.

Cars are built to be driven that's why they got 4 wheels

I agree - all that servicing stuff is based on the assumption the car is being used. Of course it makes sense then.

If it's not, then a whole set of different factors come into play.

Hi Guys,
Thanks for the all the nice and....not so nice comments
No but seriously, I have a number of cars in my collection, some I drive more than others. I used to have a CSL in period for about a year, which I used a lot and loved it, but moved on at the time. Just saw this car a few months back and felt I wanted one again! That's all!!
I am a car guy through and through and understand all the arguments regarding use and maintenance and everything around that, believe me. My cars get turned regularly and maintained regardless of mileage. Of course the CSL will not be used much, mainly because I have limited time and so many other cars(some may say that's not a bad problem but hey ho...).
This car is very pristine now and its a shame to trash it but it will get the odd spirited run...just to hear the induction noise! I think it is also good for posterity that a few such low mileage cars are around for future generations to admire.......

Love how clean the underside of your car is, stradman.

Agree 20,000 mile cars and above will have a FSH . But otherwise why service it when it's sorn in a collection with ultra low miles .

Agree, but if you try to sell the car the buyer will try to beat you down on price.
