I also had the same idea a year or so back but never went through with it.

How did you know what build number yours is ? How can I find out ?

Looks good would it be readable on a carbon dash insert, how do you work out your car number.

Were on Rocker Covers Craig for Dash inserts see: http://www.cslregister.com/forum/sho...t=10237&page=2

Production number is just a matter of Interpolation! What confuses people is the fact that the Production Cars started at 98021 (July 03) not as you might think at 98000.

The first car off the line was pre-poduction and numbered 001 (Sept 02), followed by another 6 all of which were pre-production models and finished on Vin 012, numbers 003, 006, 008, 009 & 010 were not used.

If you want your production number send a PM and I'll see what I can do.

PS: The build data available does not correspond with the magical '422' if you take that as being written in tablets of stone?
