Is this the one that had a small mark on it that had been out on ebay a few times but didn't make reserve. Then went on as but it now at £150ish....

Well, I just bid in the auction and got it for a nice round £100.
And it is as described, just a small mark at the front. If you didn't know it was there, you would never see it. I went and picked it up from the seller and he has a SG CSL with 3k miles on it, and it is better than showroom condition! He will be showing it next year, and he will walk away with concours prizes!!! It is simply stunning!!! I know this goes against the grain for most of us, not using it as it was intended, but I suppose its nice that are a few examples out there being kept in this sort of condition for the future. I did point him in the direction of this forum so he may well appear. I hope he does as he was a genuine nice guy, and a proper petrolhead as well!

RichW hi there just joined the club and spotted the chat about the rear seat centre section i sold on ebay ,sorry mate i didnt know you had bid that much for it ,got fed up waiting for it to go in the end and tim got it for a hundred quid, glad i could help him out ,he,s a top bloke with a lovely car cheers michael |
