Default Picked up my first CSL!

Thanks to everyone for their advice over the last couple of weeks regarding insurance and warranty. Picked up my new (grey 34K mile) CSL yesterday from Aberdeen and then drove it home to Somerset. Certainly the best fun car I have ever owned. Sold a C63 a couple of months ago which was a great car but the CSL makes me smile even more (although I am not sure if my back will ever recover from the 10 hour drive).

Had not seen the car until yesterday morning so I was taking a bit of a risk going all that way but I am still shocked by the condition it is in. Dare I say it, bodywork and interior is perfect!

More importantly, it sounds awesome and feels like a race car! On that note, I am off for a random drive.

Thanks again

Welcome indeed. I had a vanilla M3 first, which was a bloody good car and I thought it would be all I needed. Wrong! The CSL is just that bit better.

It's good to hear of another CSL in the SW - I was on a 'random drive' on Exmoor yesterday evening. Jolly good it was too.
