Another thought, maybe if you ask roland to check the VIN number from the picture he can confirm if its from a CSL, then its job done and double dusted

No the pic in the first post is just a random ecu not out of CSL, was just using it to show what number I am looking for.

Well if any one can help would be greatly appreciated.

From What I can see the VIN is from a 2000 M5, so thats that out of the window
