+2 - complete bureaucratic jokers, administrative fees for every bit of paper, trolley dollys who have no idea about insurance and send standard letters out.

I was with them for a short time and gave up and cancelled the policy mid term.

Danger Keep Clear.

Well... I too cancelled 2 months in as planned discussing it them before taking it out as the car was going to be SORN for the winter.

I was told a dozen times the policy would be pro rata, as I know how some companies work and dont part refund. BOOOM! ...Then when canceling the policy they tried it on saying it wasn't a pro rata policy! I told em to listen to their fookin recorded conversion they had with me then call me back to tell me they didn't say it was wasnt pro rata. Got the call back.. 1-0 to me so far!!

Then they hit me with a 18.5% charge of the full annual amount (£499), oh and 3 weeks in from the policy starting I get a circa £250 additional charge to some adjustments they made to my policy after the policy was taken up. Cancelation charge also on top of all this, which I was aware of normally only aprox. £25, so not too bad there.

I was made v.clear I wouldn't have any hidden charges to pay. That soon changed.... Would I deal with them again out of choice... Ermm NO!!

CCI can have my business next season if they take me on next yr round.

Mown over

C.C.I. for me every time High quality of service, knowledge & interest in customer's cars + lowest prices by far
I've recently renewed with them for the second year running @ £416 all in for 5K limit with all my present & upcoming mods declared They were £502 all in, last year

Yep C.C.I. for me on the CSL

(Have used Jap Import division of Flux for the last 11 years with my GTIR, no problems & No claims - then the renewal price increase went crazy so now with Skyline Insurance but going to try C.C.I. for it next year)
