How much longer? I've never had any issues with cracking around the holes on M3 rear disks over the last 42-45k miles (not sure how many the car has done now). The M3 disks are (semi) floating too, are the PF disks fixed or floating? If they are lighter then that is a plus point to the PF disks granted.

I had my PF disks on my old M3 then put them on the CSL, they have seen 3 years of race pads and numerous track days + ring trips and are still going strong. Yes they are 2 piece floating and with the alloy bell they are noticeably lighter
