M track button

Hi I've not had my csl that long what does the m track button do on the steering wheel does it give you more bhp and stiffen the suspension up. thanks

Read your handbook, Or better still when buying a 30k ish car, research it first

I have an E46 318i ... if I fit one of these M track buttons, will it give me more BHP too?
