Elec window surround

Is it easy to remove the elec window surround from the console...

NO! Don't do that

Centre 'chrome' ring just prises up as does the switch surround (they aren't real allen bolts). They are both held in place by plastic clips and just need some gentle persuation to remove with a flat blade screwdriver or similar. Just don't be too forceful and take care not to mark plastics... I'm sure Mark's video will make it all clear

Will have go tomorrow....Collected the part today from local BMW dealer but opened it and it was the wrong colour..so they will have the right one in tomorrow..Will say thats bloody quick...Cheers Mark
