Great cars. Just sold my Mrs white Cooper S for £4100 with similar mileage so it's a fair price

Mine wanted the Abarth version, but too much hassle with dealers/warranty so ended up with Mini JCW, result.

She had her heart set on the Abarth but a number of things swayed the decision:

Better ride (even on run flats)
Faster, she likes to put her foot down now & again (all the time at home)
Nicer cabin. Really liked the built in sat nav, control layout
Better motorway cruiser
Larger boot for shopping

Perceived quality

Must say its a hoot to drive

Was offered £32k for my CSL very recently as it stands with Intrax, Supersprint,extra track rims and Cups as well as standard rims and MPSS, all in track mode ready for driving and not polishing.

Not tempted at all.
