It's difficult to tell without the UK number plate or chassis number.
I just hope it's not another UK Cecil that got clocked while on extended holiday in Germany just like the previous two UK exports we know of

Speedo is calibrated in MPH, mileage is therefore 95,445mls not Kms as stated in the add.
The asking price is £38,919.51 conclusion - ours are obviously way to cheap!

I know of a UK resident/warranted 38k miles that will soon be offered for £43k.
