Today Adem and I put the m3 on the scales with no driver and 3/4 of fuel = 1380kg

That's with interior stripped, ap's, intrax and air con removed. Still got oem exhaust and loads of stuff to fit.

Last time the Csl was on the scales it was 1387 kg with half a tank.
That was with all interior and full supersprint system and ap's and intrax.

Just had my m3 corner weighted with safety devices 6 point cage, sparco buckets, standard 18" m3 wheels, federal rsr's, nitrons, ap's, supersprint rear and cats with a full tank and it weighed in at 1405kg! I think the cage weighs approx 80kg so without the cage should be around 1325!

It surprised me I was expecting less as there is nothing in the back of car.The only thing I have added is a half cage about 20kg. The standard seats are so heavy was expecting a bigger weight reduction. Air con and stereo may have to go soon. First track day next week see how it compares to csl soon

Derek,
I had the red one corner weighted last week and it come in @1546
That was with rear seats, rear cage, 1/2 tank of fuel, me and all my race gear.

The CSL on the same scales was 1534 just over a month ago.
Again with rear seats, 1/2 tank and me with all the clobber.
